As regards tape dispenser model ZCUT-8, which was discontinued in 2008, we have ever continued spare parts supply and maintenance support until today.
However, as of current deep recession from COVID-19 outbreak, our part supplier could not continue to support spare parts supply anymore.

Therefore, we terminate spare parts supply/maintenance support for ZCUT-8 with immediate effect.
For your information, successor model of ZCUT-8 is ZCUT-870.
